Kids who read often and
widely get better at it. Practice makes a man perfect and reading is no
different.
Reading exercises our
brain, improves concentration, clarity and fluency .Reading leads to more
highly developed language skills and improves the child’s ability to write well.
Children not only learn new words as they read but also unconsciously absorb
information as they read. They learn to use words and language effectively.
Keeping this in mind
our school conducted reading competition on 08/02/13 for the students from
class I –V. All the students participated in this competition.
