The theme of the assembly (from 29/7/13 to 2/8/13) for
class I was ‘Alexander Fleming – The Bacteriologist who discovered Penicillin.
On the first day there was a brief introduction of
Alexander Fleming.
On the second day there was a brief explanation about
his family.
On the third day Alexander’s biography was given.
On the fourth day a talk was given about his research
on anti- bacterial agents.
On the fifth day, a Power point presentation was shown
about the antibiotics that saved soldiers lives.
This presentation gave information about the Penicillin
Man – Alexander Fleming and modern antibiotics.
