Orchids-The
International school organized English Recitation competition on 12-07-13 for classes I to V.
Recitation is an art of expressing an
understanding and appreciation for English literature. Learning takes place as
long as enjoyment is there. The main aim of conducting this competition was to
instil confidence in the children, improve their recitation skills and help
them to overcome their stage fright .The pronunciation, intonation, fluency,
presentation .gesture and confidence of the participants were judged. All the
students have participated with a lot of enthusiasm and eagerness in the
competition.Winners:
